Financing of education from ESF

In case of your interest our lectors will recommend you a content of an educational project according to your needs, including a schedule, and our project managers in cooperation with you provide a complete preparation and filing an application for a finance support and, respectively, the following management of the whole project.

Financial means for education may be drawn from the following OPERATIONAL PROGRAMMES:

Human Resources and Employment Operational Programme (OPLZZ – Operační program Lidské zdroje a zaměstnanost)

Concerning the worldwide economic depression and in agreement with governmental plants for its solution within the Czech Republic, the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs proceeded within the European Social Fund Programmes to announce special appeals and start the execution of new projects focused on increasing of adaptability of employees and competitive strength of companies through deepening of expert knowledge, skills and competencies of employees and employers.

• Global grant – “Training is a chance” appeal
• Individual project “Educate yourselves!”

They are designed for all business entity – their employees that operate outside the territory of the capital city Prague.

In both activities, it is possible to obtain financial means both for training of employees and the compensation of employee wage costs for the duration of their participation in the training that, in some cases, may reach 100 % of all costs; in case it is limited for the reason of public aid, it can be from 60 % to 80 % for general education (usable also in other fields of activity), respectively 25 % - 55 % for, so called, specific education depending on the company size or the target group (health affection etc.).

1. Final date to file an application is 31 December 2009 until 12 o’clock
2. Competent body to approve the application the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
3. Application may be filed by all employers that neither applied for the provision of the Section 209 of the Labour Code nor filed an application to a labour office for a contribution within the diagram “Educate yourselves!” in the time of filing of the project application

Prague Operational Programme – Adaptability (OPPA - Operační program Praha – Adaptabilita)

It is designed for natural as well as legal persons that mainly operate within the territory of the capital city Prague. The education funds for business entity may be drawn especially within the Preferential Axis 1 (Prioritní osa 1) – Support of knowledge economy development

Other Prague Operational Programme - Adaptability Preferential Axes:
Preferential Axis 2 – Support of entry to labour market
Preferential Axis 3 – Modernization of initial education
Currently, the Appeal 2 has been announced for all Preferential Axes.
Competent body to approve the application is the Prague City Hall.

Education for Competitive Strength Operational Programme (OP VK – Operační program Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost)

Regional competitive strength and employment and therefore the competent territory for this area is also the capital city Prague.
