How can I apply to be included in the selection procedure?
You can apply to the selection procedure using ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE that advance your inclusion. You can always find the link to the questionnaire by the description of the position being offered. In the questionnaire, you will be asked to fill contact data and may enclose your curriculum vitae, respectively other enclosures. How does the selection procedure usually work?
TOP C selection procedure usually has 2-3 rounds. If your CV is assessed favourably, you will be invited for an interview. Interviews are usually attended by TOP C HR specialist for employee recruitment and, possibly, also by the future employee’s superior. The interview lasts for 20 - 30 minutes. If necessary, you will be asked to come to an assessment centre. It usually takes 2 – 4 weeks to be invited for the first interview and to take part in the following rounds of the selection procedure.
How will I find out the final result of the selection procedure?
You will be notified electronically within 14 days of the end of the project.
What does the “assessment centre” mean?
Assessment Centre (AC) is an objective diagnostic method used for the selection of employees from a bigger number of applicants. It is translated into Czech also as “hodnotící centrum”. A group of candidates solve various case studies and model situations that reflect real problems – they make decisions and work in a team in conditions which are as close as possible to those that they would meet in the job position. The number and the intensity of methods used correspond to criteria that were set for the assessment of participants. There are also psychological tests that give the possibility to assess not only the participants’ behaviour but also their more detailed personality characteristics. The performance and behaviour of participants are carefully monitored by a team of specialists of human resources department and close future colleagues, mostly superiors. The assessment centre gives the possibility to avoid subjective feelings and halo effect, know how to compare more candidates at the same time and in standardize situations. The assessment centre takes 1 day. If you attend the assessment centre, consider it as a key part of the selection procedure.
Who will have access to my CV and other materials?
We consider all your materials as strictly confidential. Only employees of the human resources department and managers of the department to which the position offered concerns have access to them.

If you are coming by car:
Sněmovní street is entering Lesser Town Square at a right angle. Due to the difficulty of parking at Prague 1, where blue parking zones are, we recommend you to park your car on a supervised car park directly at the Lesser Town Square. It is only 100 metres from our head office.
