Course description

Solving of conflicts belongs to the most difficult situations that every manager experiences. If he/she does not head up to their solution in time, such situations may lead to tense relations reflecting in team work as well as in the whole team’s results. Conflicts may also be useful for successful solution of entrusted tasks as they are common phenomena of life. The ability to manage conflicts is a managerial skill the importance of which constantly increases.
