Course description
To “motivate correctly” yourself or others to reach the performance expected by a company is not simple and is a sought advantage of people in the position of leaders. In practice, we may not rely only on a “good sense” and “own intuition” but we also need some knowledge and skills of which way, when and how to motivate your subordinates and colleagues suitably. Only motivated superior may serve as an example and be able to motivate others. And that is possible only if he/she cares about their needs, interests and motivators at their workplace.
